A single cask Macallan from the Speymalt range, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2024 at 56.7% ABV. It was matured in sherry casks, and the cask yielded 338 bottles, here in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows vanilla pod, orange peel and aniseed. On the palate there are stewed red berries and Medjool dates with cocoa powder, and toasted oak lingers on the finish.
