Springbank 10 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks and is lightly peated, with maritime notes alongside a fresh, fruity balance.
Springbank is the only distillery in Scotland that malts, distils, matures and bottles on the same site, and its own spirit is medium-peated.
The nose offers oak, exotic spices, guava, heather honey and soft smoke. The palate is full, sweet and creamy, with hints of smoke, marzipan and cigar boxes. The finish is smoky and trails off on sweet cider and toasted barley.
