The cask strength 12 year old is a semi-annual release introduced in 2010, from one of the last family-owned distilleries in Scotland. The nose is sweet and confectionery, with cappuccino, chocolate eclair, menthol, earthiness and sweet spices. The palate is rich, with caramel, dried fruit, berry jam, leather and pepper. About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
