A 12 year old Springbank from Campbeltown, matured in ex-bourbon casks and made from 100% organic barley. It is a limited edition of 9,000 bottles, and the whisky is of natural colour.
The nose brings coastal brine, sea salt and lime cordial alongside coconut sponge cake, wet straw and creamy vanilla oak. On the palate there is key lime pie, an oily mouthfeel, white pepper and green apple. The finish lingers with coconut and salted fudge.
