A single cask Springbank from Campbeltown, distilled in 2012 and aged 13 years. It matured first in a refill Oloroso cask, then spent the last 22 months in Amontillado sherry.
This is a distillery exclusive, one of the releases known as cage bottles, drawn from cask 22/P215-1. Springbank is the only distillery in Scotland to malt, distil, mature and bottle on the same site.
