This is a Springbank 15 Year Old single cask from Campbeltown, drawn from a 2009 fresh sherry cask, in a 70cl bottle at 76% ABV. It is a cage bottle and a distillery exclusive.
Springbank is the only distillery in Scotland that malts, distils, matures and bottles on the same site, and its spirit is partially triple-distilled. The sherry cask is described as musky, and the whisky as tasting older than its 15 years.
