This is a 25 year old Campbeltown single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, from an outturn of 1,200 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The whisky matured in refill sherry casks, with ex-bourbon and sherry casks also named. It was then married in port pipes and matured again in them.
The colour is dark amber. The nose has damp cloth, flint and a little fire, with syrup, toffee, marzipan, nougat and oak. The palate is silky, with marshmallow, pecan, walnut, candyfloss, caramel and a hint of orange zest. The finish is oily and fruity, with citrus, salt and tobacco.
