A 31 year old single malt from Springbank in Campbeltown, distilled in 1991 and matured in a single bourbon hogshead. It is part of the Connoisseurs Collection from Limited Whisky, bottled at 48.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. 166 bottles were produced, each individually numbered and presented in a crystal decanter.
The whisky is gold in colour. The nose offers ripe fruits, toffee and hints of oak, and the palate dried fruits, spices and a subtle smokiness. The finish is long.
