Spumante Brut Metodo Charmat - Villa Emme

A sparkling wine made by the Charmat method, with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows green apple, pear and citrus, with light floral notes and a mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity and discreet sapidity, leaving a clean, fresh finish. Serve cold, around 6-8°C, in a tulip glass or flute. It suits aperitifs, seafood starters, raw fish, shellfish, sushi, light fried food and fresh cheeses, as well as informal celebrations.
