The palate is slender yet consistent, with lively acidity, a creamy texture from the integrated bubbles and discreet sapidity. The finish stays fresh, with fruity returns and a light biscuity note. Serve cold, around 6-8 °C, in a flute or a wider glass for more expression. Versatile for aperitifs and structured pairings such as raw seafood, smoked salmon or fresh cheeses.
