St. Magdalene – 19 Year Old 1979 Rare Malts Selection (70cl, 63.8%)

A 19 year old Lowland single malt from St. Magdalene, distilled in 1979 and bottled in 1998 as part of the Rare Malts Selection. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 63.8% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery closed in 1983, during the wave of closures across the industry at that time, and this is one of the few official bottlings to come out of it.
