A Canadian blended whisky from Stalk & Barrel, combining sweet malt with plump Canadian rye. It is full-bodied, rich and intensely flavoured.
Stalk & Barrel is the flagship of a distillery in Ontario, founded by friends Barry Stein and Barry Bernstein, who began production in March 2009. It was the province's first micro-distillery, and the two founders oversee every batch themselves.
