Stateless Banana Flavoured Whiskey is a banana-flavoured spirit from Milestone Beverages, in a 700ml bottle. Rather than relying on long ageing, it is made by analysing the molecular structure of premium whiskies with AI and chemical analysis, then fine-tuning the flavours in a laboratory to replicate them. The nose is creamy and sweet, with ripe banana, caramel, baked brown sugar and a little vanilla. The palate begins with sweet vanilla spice, then warm, caramelised banana, with toasted oak and maple underneath. The finish is medium to long and creamy, with baked banana sweetness and gentle spice.
