Stauning Smoke is a Danish single malt made from malted barley grown in West Jutland. The malt is smoked over locally harvested peat and heather. The nose is typically described as a mild smoke blended with elegant notes of citrus and honey. On the palate come tobacco, nuts, vanilla and fresh herbs.
