First-fill Tawny Port casks
This is a Danish single malt from Stauning, made from 100 per cent Danish malted barley and distilled in direct-fired pot stills. The limited edition is made up of 4,500 bottles at 50.3% ABV, in a 70cl size. It was matured in first-fill Tawny Port casks, which bring fruity and nutty notes. The smoke comes from West Jutland peat, set against the sweet, fruity depth of the Tawny Port. It is bottled with natural colour and without chill-filtering.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
