This is a single cask Aultmore from Speyside, in a 100ml bottle. It was distilled on 25 March 2011 and bottled at cask strength, 56%, on 16 April 2026 after 15 years in a bourbon barrel. Stewart & MacGregor filled 214 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The bourbon barrel brings vanilla, honey, light caramel and ripe fruit.
The nose is fresh pears, honey, vanilla cream, light toffee and delicate floral notes. The palate is full and complex, with sweet vanilla, ripe apples, malt sugar, caramel and spicy oak. The finish is long, elegant and dry, with lingering vanilla and oak.
