This is a single cask Aultmore from Stewart & MacGregor, a 15 year old Speyside single malt distilled on 25 March 2011 and bottled at cask strength on 16 April 2026. It is 56% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a single Bourbon barrel, which gave 214 bottles. It is natural colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose is fresh pear, honey, vanilla cream, light toffee and delicate floral notes. The palate is full and complex, with sweet vanilla, ripe apple, malt sugar, caramel and spicy oak. The finish is long, elegant and dry, with lingering vanilla and oak.
