Still Austin Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye Spring 2026 is the fourth annual release in a seasonal series, made by Master Distiller John Schrepel. It is distilled from 100% Texas-grown Brasetto rye and follows Bottled-in-Bond rules: aged for at least four years, distilled in a single season and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV. The rabbit on the Marc Burckhardt label marks the spring edition. Over the final year of maturation the barrel proof is reduced slowly, a method intended to give a velvety mouthfeel and fruit-forward depth, alongside the bright spice of the season.
