Stobcross is a single malt from the Clydeside Distillery in Scotland, and this is its second batch, bottled at 46% ABV. The nose combines freshly cut flowers with yellow and white fruit, then berries and cherries, with a peppery spice note alongside the sweetness. On the palate juicy, citrus-led fruit comes first, with a touch of red roses, before spice takes over and turns more peppery. The finish keeps fruit and spice in balance.
