Diamond Peak is a limited release American single malt whiskey from Stranahan's, made in Denver, Colorado, and part of the distillery's Cask Finish Series. This 2025 Batch 4 is bottled at 45% ABV after six years of ageing.
The whiskey is matured in casks from local brewers: coffee stout, Belgian quadrupel and barleywine. It is made with Colorado barley and Rocky Mountain spring water, and each bottle is individually numbered. The result is a sweet and earthy flavour profile.
