Stranahan's Diamond Peak is a single malt whiskey selected by Master Distiller Rob Dietrich from some of the distillery's most distinct casks. It is made in small batches, and no two batches are the same.
The whiskey is aged in new white American oak barrels with a number 3 char.
The notes include dried stone fruits, caramel, freshly sawn wood, espresso, spicy chocolate and seasoned oak.
