Stranahan's Mountain Angel is a 10 year old single malt whiskey from Colorado, made with locally sourced barley and cut with Rocky Mountain water.
It matured in new American charred oak barrels. Denver's high altitude, together with those barrels, produced an unusual angel's share loss during the ten years, which Stranahan's credits for the depth of flavour and aroma in the whiskey.
