Strathenry 2016/2023 (InchDairnie) Rest & Be Thankful (70cl, 46%)

This is a single malt from the InchDairnie distillery in Fife, sold under the name Strathenry and bottled independently by Rest & Be Thankful. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2023 at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The notes describe young, modern InchDairnie whisky with malty, fruity and spicy character. The nose offers light fruit, grain, vanilla and fine spice. On the palate it is malty and fruity with citrus, sweet oak, spices and a light herbal note. The finish is medium in length, dry and spicy with malt and light fruit.
