Strathenry x Inchdairnie 10 Year Old 2016 Unicorn (55.4%)

This is a 10 year old Lowland single malt distilled at InchDairnie Distillery and released under the Strathenry name, which InchDairnie uses for its unpeated spirit when it is supplied to independent bottlers and blenders. Distilled in 2016, it matured in a single first-fill Jamaican rum barrel and was bottled in July 2026 at a natural cask strength of 55.4% ABV, with natural colour and no chill-filtration. Just 184 bottles were filled for the Unicorn Series, whose label shows a unicorn arriving on a Caribbean island aboard a tall ship. It is described as tropical and fruity, with ripe banana, pineapple, vanilla, demerara sugar, toasted coconut and warming spice over a fresh cereal character.
