Suntory – Ao World Whisky Smoky Pleasure (70cl, 43%)

Suntory Ao Smoky Pleasure is a smoky blend of whiskies from five of the world's whisky regions: Ireland, Scotland, America, Canada and Japan. They are chosen by hand by Suntory's chief blender, Shinji Fuwa. Ao is Japanese for blue, a reference to the deep blue of the oceans that link those regions. It is light amber in colour. The nose is soft, with fresh pineapple and grapefruit, vanilla and woody touches. The palate is sweet, soft and full of smoky flavour, leading to a gentle, pleasant smoky finish.
