Suntory Chita Japanese Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Suntory Chita is a Japanese single grain whisky, bottled at 43% abv in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Chita distillery, which Keizo Saji, Suntory's second Master Blender, built in 1972 on the shores of the Chita Peninsula. Chita grain whiskies have traditionally been used to bring harmony to Suntory blends. Bright gold in colour, it has a nose of crème brûlée, cardamom, acacia honey and blossoming rose. The palate is mild and smooth with a hint of mint and deep honey, and the finish is clean, with spiced oak and subtle bittersweet notes.
