This is a Hakushu bottling from Suntory, released as The Owner's Cask, a series drawn from the best cask in the distillery and bottled from one chosen by the owner himself.
The whisky was distilled in 2000 and aged until 2011. It is a Smoky and Bitter release and comes with its original box and certificate.
Suntory is the oldest whisky-making company in Japan, begun in 1899 as a small shop run by Torii Shinjiro that sold imported wines.
