Suntory Hibiki Harmony (70cl, 43%)

Suntory Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese whisky from Suntory in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. Shinjiro Torii, the founder of Suntory, opened his first shop in 1899, selling imported wines. Twenty-five years later he began producing single malt whisky and used Suntory as a brand name for the first time. The name joins 'sun' with 'Tory', the English form of his family name, Torii.
