Suntory Kakubin Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Suntory Kakubin is a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has been made by Suntory since 1937 and is a blend of whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Its colour is an orange-gold. It is often served as a highball, mixed with soda water and ice and garnished with a slice of lemon. The nose is lemon zest, green apple, butter cookie and hazelnut. Biscuit, vanilla and spice run through the flavour, and the finish carries subtle smoke and spice.
