This is Suntory Royal 12 Year Old, a Japanese blended whisky in a 60cl ceramic decanter, bottled at 43% ABV.
The decanter was released in 2001 to mark the Year of the Snake, specifically the metal snake. Suntory has made many decanters of this kind, and many were sold outside the UK. Suntory also owns the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and its blends draw principally on Yamazaki malt and Chita grain whisky.
