Suntory – Toki Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Toki is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies drawn in part from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The colour is a clear pale gold. The nose brings cereal, green apple, light honey, citrus and a fine touch of spice. On the palate it is fluid and fresh, with soft vanilla, pear and ginger, leading to a clean, lightly woody finish.
