Suntory Toki (1L, 43%)

Suntory Toki is a Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% in a 1 litre bottle. Its name means time in Japanese, and it was created to promote the Suntory Highball. The blend is built on Hakushu single malt matured in American white oak, with Chita grain whisky for a silky texture and sweetness, and a touch of Yamazaki for fruit and structure. The nose offers basil, green apple and honey. The palate brings grapefruit, green grape, mint and thyme. The finish is lightly sweet and peppery, with vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
