Toki is a Japanese blended whisky from the House of Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It combines malt and grain whiskies from the Suntory portfolio, including Chita and Hakushu.
The nose is fresh, with green apple, spring honey, cherry, malt, light spice and a hint of wood. On the palate it is balanced, with fresh and fruity notes of apple, vanilla, grapefruit, mint, thyme and ginger. The finish adds a little more vanilla and a touch of white pepper.
