Suntory Toki

Suntory Toki is a Japanese blended whisky made from grain whisky from Chita distillery and malt whisky from Hakushu and Yamazaki. It follows a two-pillar approach, giving malt and grain equal weight rather than treating grain as the base of the blend. On the nose are cinnamon, clove, banana, peach, apricot and raisins, with malted grain, seeded bread, light oak and earthy notes. The palate is sweet pastry, cinnamon, fruit, nuts and oats, soft and velvety in texture. The finish is gentle, with fruit, nuts and vanilla.
