Suntory Yamazaki 18 Year Old

Yamazaki 18 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from the core Yamazaki range, first introduced in 1992. It is made with soft water from the mountains around the distillery and matured in a combination of American oak, European oak and Mizunara, the rare Japanese oak. Each wood is described as contributing something different. American oak brings warm vanilla and caramel, European oak adds deep dried fruit, and Mizunara gives sandalwood and oriental spices.
