Symington's 10 Year Old is a blended Scotch from Signatory Vintage, which brings together malt and grain whiskies from a small batch of sherry and bourbon casks. It was bottled in 2025 at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Apricot, honey and toasted malt open the profile, while raisins and creamy toffee come from the sherry side. Vanilla, cinnamon, almond, citrus and dry oak sit alongside.
The nose combines dried apricot, honey, toasted grain, vanilla, soft toffee and a little baked apple. Dark raisins and toffee lead the palate. The medium finish carries malt sweetness, toasted almonds, soft spice, dry oak and a gentle sherry note.
