Talisker 10 Year Old 2009 is a single malt selected and bottled by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular range. Only 376 bottles were produced, each presented in a gift tube.
The nose has a smoky beach bonfire, west coast rock pools and salted caramel chews. On the palate, fresh malted barley comes together with seaweed, charcoal, rubber and sea salt.
The finish is long, with ginger spice, lemon drops, gentle peat, cured ham and burnt toffee.
