This is a 14 year old Talisker selected for Douglas Laing's Old Particular series. It was distilled on 1st July 2011 and bottled on 1st July 2025 from a single hogshead, with 227 bottles filled. It is bottled at natural cask strength, 54.8%, in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or colouring.
Talisker is the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, founded in 1830 on the shores of Loch Harport. This bottling is described as mineral, salty and smoky, moving between bright citrus, oily peat and stormy coastal notes.
