This is a 9 year old Talisker from the Isle of Skye, distilled in 2011 and drawn from a single sherry butt. Hunter Laing selected it for their Hepburn's Choice range, in which each release reflects the character of its distillery or the classic profile of its region.
The cask was reduced to 46% and filled 903 bottles. It is described as full of berries, pepper and smoke.
