Talisker 25 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, aged for 25 years and presented in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings banana fritters, sea spray, old oak furniture and cider apples, with a whiff of Frazzles, all held together by crumbly fudge. The palate opens with floral heather and perhaps a hint of rose, then moves to salted caramel, chilli chocolate, smoky barley and nectarines. The finish turns from smoke to sweetness, with cedar underneath.
