A single cask Talisker, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2015 by Douglas Laing in its Provenance range. It is six years old, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and comes in an old style cardboard tube. Talisker is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, founded in 1830 by the MacAskill brothers. Its whisky is known for a maritime character, with smoke, sea salt and pepper alongside sweet fruit.
