This is the Talisker 8 Year Old from the 2021 Special Release, an original distillery bottling at 59.7% in a 70cl bottle.
Talisker is, for now, the only distillery on the Isle of Skye. Hugh and Kenneth MacAskill built it in 1831 at Carbost, on the shore of Loch Harport, and its water comes from up to 14 different springs.
