Talisker Dark Storm is a single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8% ABV in a one litre bottle.
It is matured in heavily charred oak casks, which gives a more intense Talisker character.
The nose is salty and smoky, with aromatic spices, oak and stewed apples. The palate is smooth and sweet, with fresh fruits, blackcurrants and liquorice that fade into rich spice. The finish is warm, lingering and powerfully smoky.
