Talisker Dark Storm (Old Version) is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye, in a 1000ml bottle. It is known for a rich, smoky character and depth of flavour, and it is deep mahogany in colour.
The nose is intense, with dark chocolate, rich spices and smoky peat, plus hints of dried fruits and sea salt. The palate is full-bodied, with dark berries, caramel and a robust smokiness, lifted by a warming pepper spice.
The finish is long and complex, with lingering sweetness and a pronounced smoky aftertaste.
