This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from Tamdhu, bottled at 43% ABV. It matured entirely in a combination of first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks.
The bottle comes in a retro-style design.
The nose offers orange sweets, cinnamon and toasted oak, with a hint of mint chocolate. Plums, juicy raisins, baked banana, raspberry jam doughnuts and oak spice lead the palate. The finish is chocolate fudge with a little smoke and a returning sweet cinnamon note.
