Teeling – Brabazon Bottling Series 01 Single Malt (70cl, 49.5%)

Brabazon Series No. 1 is an Irish single malt from Teeling, the first in a series that centres on sherry cask maturation. It is a vatting of six different sherry casks, chosen to complement one another, and gives a full-flavoured, sherry-influenced whiskey. The name comes from Lord Brabazon, 3rd Earl of Meath, who oversaw the development of the Newmarket Square area of Dublin where the Teeling brothers built their distillery. It was released in March 2017 as a run of 12,500 bottles, bottled at 49.5% without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
