This is a single cask Irish single malt, triple-distilled at the Dublin distillery and bottled at 116.8 proof in a 75cl bottle. It was matured in Ruby Port casks.
The colour is deep ruby amber. The nose offers dark fruits, cherry and chocolate with a hint of spice. The palate is rich and smooth, with dark fruit, cherry, vanilla and subtle spice. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering sweetness from the port cask.
