Teeling Crystal Single Malt is an Irish single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It uses crystal malt, treated at a higher temperature than usual, and is the first Irish single malt to use this technique. The whiskey is matured only in virgin American oak casks.
The nose offers green apple, stewed pear, brown sugar and vanilla. The palate is led by caramel and apple pie spices, followed by honeyed sweetness. The finish is long, with cinnamon spice and caramel.
