Teeling Single Malt is an Irish single malt whiskey distilled from 100% malted barley at the Teeling distillery in the Liberties area of Dublin. The distillery was founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling, and its emblem is a phoenix rising from a pot still.
The whiskey is matured and finished in five types of wine cask: Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The flavour is fruit-forward and complex, with dried cherry and mango, citrus zest, vanilla and baking spices.
