Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley at a Dublin distillery and bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
Its maturation draws on five types of wine cask: sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose combines dried fruit, ripe peach and citrus zest with toasted almond and vanilla bean. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with fig, raisin and dark chocolate and a little spice. The finish brings sweet malt, oak and a hint of dry spice.
